In addition to the above, I lead the development and execution of strategic and operational initiatives to drive business growth, such as modern retail enhancements, customer experience improvements, pre-owned business expansion, collision repair & calibration business growth, and the development of loyalty programs.I am also involved in business acquisition assessments, participating in due diligence and leading launch projects for new acquisitions, ensuring smooth integration into existing operations.
