I have managed and led various types of construction projects for over 15 years. During my time in San Diego, I have actively managed the construction and renovation of over residential units. The variety of product types range from luxury single family custom homes to multi-family apartment and condominium units including the development of housing tracts and subdivisions. This experience has allowed me to be a leader when it comes to understanding construction costs and negotiating with contractors and consultants for any aspect of a project. I have direct experience in all facets of real estate development and construction including acquisition due diligence, forward planning, entitlements (including environmental), map processing, design development, managing and coordinating consultants, agency clearances, jurisdictional approvals, procurement of bonds and securities along with purchasing and contracting work, scheduling, budgeting, overseeing field operations and managing customer service for multiple complex projects. In my current role I lead a team of construction professionals and manage a book of business that executes over $100M in construction activety per year across a portfolio of nearly 150 apartment communities throughout California.
