Stabilization and Outreach Manager who will be responsible for supervising and managing our Stabilization and Outreach team. HomeStart is a leading provider of housing services for people who are currently homeless, at risk of homelessness or have recently moved from homelessness to housing. We are a dynamic, innovative non-profit agency committed to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of our work.You will be a leader for a team which helps people who are formerly homeless maintain their housing and prevent recurrent homelessness. The Stabilization and Outreach team works with people who are often the hardest to serve due to having multiple disabilities, long histories of homeless, various barriers to stable housing and are very low income. HomeStart services are based on the philosophy that everyone deserves housing. The Stabilization and Outreach team provides hands on community-based mobile supportive services to individuals experiencing mental health and other life challenges with the goal of ending homelessness for the most vulnerable populations. You will be responsible for assisting the team in meeting the goals of the program: assisting clients in maintaining stable housing through improving life skills, increasing self-sufficiency, and maximizing income and mainstream benefits.
