Shawn started his insurance career in 1984 as a multiline claims adjuster for a national insurance carrier. Throughout his career he has been challenged to take on more and more responsibility accepting supervisory, management, directorship, and senior leadership roles. In his current position as Corporate Vice President at Lighthouse Group, Shawn is responsible for overseeing the execution of the Company’s strategic vision. He creates business strategies for the organization that support their strategic plan, monitors goals and adjusts policies to meet them, works closely with other corporate executives to ascertain goals and advises on organizational resources. His main role and responsibility is to protect and promote the company while guiding it towards long-term success.
