I am a technical leader and engineer with 26 years of metal AM experience developing and implementing holistic technical strategies and solutions across the AM value chain. Known for leading start-up teams and facilities geared towards the industrialization of AM, I am Energized by applying technical expertise in materials science and metal AM processes to guide businesses and customers on their AM journey. AM VisionI believe the success of additive manufacturing - defined by the insertion of additive manufactured components into critical industries - requires a holistic view across the AM value chain. By solving problems and innovating in the areas of powder, printing, heat treatment, finishing, and inspection, AM will become another tool in the toolbox rivaling conventional manufacturing processes. Furthermore it will enable new advances in materials science by creating new avenues for microstructure design and control, that ultimately drive performance.
