My research on “Computer Use” was published in National Demographics and assisted in the creation of several consortia dedicated to determining how computers and the Internet will change society. I have degrees in Sociology, Marketing, and Economics from University of Maryland as well as a plethora of Microsoft and other industry-specific certifications.
