ABOUT SHAWN LEE
With 25 years in education, I hold a B.S. in Elementary Education from Delta State University and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from William Carey University. I’ve served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, interventionist, and on the school’s leadership team, helping foster student growth, teacher excellence, and empowering the school’s culture.Over the years, I’ve found great fulfillment not only in the classroom but also in mentoring new teachers and supervising student teachers. Seeing their growth, confidence, and dedication develop has been just as rewarding as the successes of my own students. For me, the true joy of education lies in empowering others and leaving a positive, lasting impact. Lastly, I’ve served as a MHSAA-certified cheerleading coach with over 10 years of experience coaching in two school districts. Proven track record of fostering student-athlete growth and promoting school spirit through disciplined training and leadership.
