Functionally responsible for establishing company strategy and objective setting for EHS, Risk Management Practices, Product Stewardship & Sustainability (PS & S). Serves as the transformational leader accountable for evolving ESAB\'s EHS management system culture and sustainability profile year-over-year. Responsible for assessing the Global EHS and Product Stewardship team\'s organizational structure and realigning resources as necessary to create the most streamlined approach to serve the workforce, achieve company targets, and meet compliance objectives. Serves as the lead resource to carry out EHS, RM, and Product stewardship due diligence in support of corporate mergers/acquisitions/divestitures, and facility footprint changes. Serves as a member and key stakeholder of the company\'s Sustainability Steering Committee. Contributes to the company\'s overall DEI strategy in the capacity of Chair for the African American Employee Resource Group (ERG).
