ABOUT SHAWN KIM

I am a highly experienced Salesforce Integration Architect and Senior Technical Support Engineer with over 13 years of experience across system integration, Salesforce platform development, SaaS support, and telecommunications. Currently based in Sydney, I work at Salesforce supporting Sales Cloud developers and engineers in resolving complex technical challenges involving Apex, APIs, Platform Events, Flows, and authentication mechanisms such as Named Credentials and Connected Apps.My expertise includes deep technical troubleshooting, performance optimisation using tools like Splunk and HAR/PCAP analysis, and resolving deployment and packaging issues within Salesforce DX workflows. I regularly collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to escalate and resolve platform-level issues, and I also mentor junior team members through swarm support and peer enablement.Prior to Salesforce, I worked in SaaS environments at AutopilotHQ, supporting integration-heavy marketing automation platforms, and at Juni Australia, where I contributed to LTE mobile network systems and software testing. Earlier in my career, I designed and developed enterprise-grade OSS and EAI solutions at LG UPLUS in South Korea, where I gained extensive experience in middleware development and enterprise web applications.I hold a Master\'s degree in Information Technology (Software Development) from the University of Technology Sydney and am certified across multiple Salesforce domains, including Integration Architecture, Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud, and AI.
