I am a Certified Professional Agronomist and a Certified Crop Advisor.My primary responsibility is to lead educational initiatives for our sales teams, ensuring they are well-versed in the nutritional and biostimulant products within the Innvictis BioSciences portfolio. This includes facilitating agronomy training sessions and grower meetings to provide technical support and product guidance. In collaboration with local and regional managers, I help establish sales targets, develop forecasts, and align product strategies with regional agronomic needs. Additionally, I work closely with our innovation team to identify market opportunities and contribute to the development and launch of new products. I coordinate with our Area Sales Enablement team on local product trials, ranging from small replicated studies to large-scale demonstration plots tailored to regional agronomic needs.
