Shawn has worked in the security and investigative industry since 1994 in both the public and private sector. He set out to establish his company as the premier purveyor of all aspects of security and investigative services for his clients. He has worked closely with Security Directors from Fortune 500 companies across the globe in over 93 different countries to ensure the security industry\'s best practices have been implemented and followed during all of their special events, conferences, concerts and festivals.He has managed, trained and supervised hundreds of security personnel and special event staff for all types of security operations including special events, conferences, concerts, festivals, security patrol operations, and protective details. He has designed, written and implemented hundreds of Safety and Security Operational manuals including; Event Specific Security Guidelines, Incident Action Plans, Evacuation Guidelines and Risk Assessments. Shawn has been a private investigator for 24 years and handled thousands of investigative cases in 48 different states across the country. He has conducted hundreds more than surveillance operations and thousands of background investigations. Mr. Kane has testified in over 500 hundred cases involving civil and criminal matters, worker’s compensation claims and arbitration hearings. Mr. Kane has interviewed thousands of witnesses for all types of cases and has worked on all types of investigative cases including civil, criminal, State and Federal cases. He has worked with major corporations on asset protection, fraud prevention and risk management across the world.Mr. Kane was-President of the Private Investigators Association of Utah 20••••14-Chairman of the Department of Public Safety PI Licensing & Review Board 20••••14.Mr. Kane is currently-Vice President of the Utah Security Council. 2023- Present-At Large Director for NCISS. 2023- Present
