As a Director for the Northeast Region at RE/MAX, LLC, I work with franchise owners to help them achieve their business goals. I communicate with owners on a consistent basis to discuss their business opportunities and strategies. I also plan events and trainings throughout the state, and assist with national conferences.I manage a Franchise Development Consultant. We meet on a weekly basis to develop her skills in her current role. I work with them on what steps to take to reach the next level in the company.I lead a training and development session for all of our new Franchise Development Consultants on a weekly basis. This training series is to get them well-versed in the franchise documents, but to also discuss different scenarios they may be faced with.The overall goal is to help grow the RE/MAX brand by recruiting and retaining talented broker/owners and agents.
