As a Claims Executive, Shawn Hjort works in partnership with our clients to manage commercial risk. She assists with new carrier implementation, establishing customized claim handling instructions and participating in claim reviews. Shawn takes an advocacy position to assist with claim oversight for high exposure losses, and she facilitates claim resolution strategies with the insured, carrier/TPA and defense counsel. Shawn collaborates with clients to assist with the analysis of loss reports, to identify trends and to determine available resources to address opportunity areas.
