As President and Founder of Green Pace Financial, Inc. I am fortunate to play a major role in meeting the increasing demand for financing energy savings improvements for commercial projects nationwide including, Hotel, Office, Industrial, Multifamily, Condominiums and Mixed Use Developments. We provide complete capital stack financing from Senior debt to Equity with a focus on applying PACE energy savings financing to the capital stack. PACE financing provides low interest long term equity replacement up to 25% of any project that is paid back not as a loan but in the form of an assessment on the property tax bill.
