While my current title is Sr. Supply Chain Manager, I prefer to look at it as a leader planning for tomorrow today.Leading a great team to meet our customers\' expectations is a big part of what I do today. In my current position, I have two diverse groups of highly talented individuals that work for me. One-half of my team plans not only the daily production function of our plant but also plans and evaluates opportunities to improve productivity on processes, relieve processes that are becoming overburdened, and also help plan for the future of all the equipment utilization within our facility. The second half of my talented team drives multiple cost initiatives, ordering all raw materials and packaging for the plant. Throughout my career, I have developed job skills through process engineering, project management, designing and building new industrial equipment, and planning for the future of my origination. In addition, my career has provided me with a vast knowledge of multiple injection molding machines and styles. Highly skilled in developing, planning, and leading multiple projects varying from 100K to multi-million dollars. I have also been a key leader in developing and implementing numerous cost savings for my plant. While my focus has moved from plant equipment to supply chain initiatives, the goal will always be the same, find and implement ways to help not only my plant and organization but also every individual that works with me.My philosophy for business is to be a leader rather than a manager. I believe in standing with my team shoulder to shoulder as every obstacle or issue they face, we all face as a team. Many say I am a workaholic, but I have always been and always will be passionate about my job and my customers.Fun fact: I was born in a small town with a four-way stop and 14 people living there. I graduated with a class of 9 in a school k-12 that had 105 kids in it at the time. I love the outdoors, woodworking, and BBQ, but most of all, my family.
