ABOUT SHAWN HAILE
I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Sport and Entertainment Management, passionate about creating memorable fan experiences and building authentic relationships through the sports and entertainment industry.My experience includes working in Premium Services with the Columbia Fireflies, supporting game day and event operations, and delivering high-quality hospitality for thousands of fans each night. I now serve as Event Manager for FanGate Solutions on the Charlotte Knights contract, where I lead a team of 50+ interns, oversee game day operations, and maintain direct communication with the Knights to ensure smooth event operations. Additionally, I gained hands-on experience with large-scale motorsports events at the Autotrader 400, helping coordinate staffing, overseeing all gates for entry and exit, logistics, and fan engagement. Earlier in my career, I honed leadership and event operations skills as an assistant wrestling coach at Chapin High School, and strengthened my customer service abilities in fast-paced hospitality environments. Whether working behind the scenes to solve problems or directly engaging with guests, I bring energy, adaptability, and a people-first mindset to everything I do.
