About Shawn Gmurek

Currently seeking a new opportunity in an Analyst or Consultant role. As a working professional with 4 YOE, I have been learning and understanding my passions and interests. In this time, I have engaged with several jobs within Northrop Grumman to gain exposure to product management, data analytics, strategic planning, Human Resources, client support, and much more. With a growing love for managing data and leveraging it to support strategic decision making, I am developing the skills to execute on these strengths. At Northrop, I have received both ratings of Excellent Performer (top 30%) and Top Performer (top 10%) within the company. The latter came as a result of my efforts to develop an internal build for our Salary Analysis Tool to outperform an Accenture build. This required research into the capabilities of a new tool, consulting with key stakeholders about the needs and compliance concerns of the product, managing and developing the product, and testing/HyperCare periods to ensure functionality and employee adoption.With a minor in Spanish, I hope to one day reach a scope of impact with international markets/clients to embrace diverse cultures.
