My professional career for the last 40 yrs has been in commercial construction and developement. Being a firm believer of \"Lead by example\", I have had the privilege to manage the most exposed projects on the East Coast. From Historic reconstruction projects in the City’s of Boston Massachusetts, Portland Maine and extensive restorations in Charleston South Carolina after Hurricane Hugo. To the new addition of the Roof Deck in right field at Fenway Park and the construction of the New Boston Garden. Several Institutional projects also standout in my history, 3 Ground up kindergarten thru 8th grade schools, 2 High Level Detention Centers. The Construction and numerous remodeling projects of drug manufacturing suites and LAR facilities. Various projects at the most predominant Colleges in the United States. To include Atom splitting tunnels at MIT in Cambridge, Museums and Science Labs at Harvard. Administration and Athletic areas at Boston College. Complete LAR Facility renovation at Dartmouth Medical School in Hanover NH. The most memorable project would have to be an \"almost\" complete renovation of Professor Henry Gates home in Cambridge Ma for Harvard University. I say \"almost\" because the house was completely gutted and stripped of everything except the famous front Door. Which I described as a future issue due to 18th century hardware that was to remain in place for historical value. The only historical value now is the \"Beer Summit\" with The Cambridge Police officer, President Obama and Professer Henry Lewis Gates himself.Specialties: Design Build, Budgeting, Value Engineering, Trouble shooting and Damage control.Extensive experience working in occupied high profile facilities, clean rooms, patient areas, research and development areas. In addition to having Federal Security clearance.
