As the Founder and President of Clear Markets, a multi-asset electronic trading platform, I have been leading the innovation and expansion of the company\'s products and services in the fields of interest rate, FX, equity, and crypto currency derivatives. With over 25 years of continuous experience in the electronic trading industry, I have a proven track record of creating and operating successful ventures that leverage cutting-edge technology and regulatory expertise to serve the needs of global clients and partners.I co-founded the world\'s first electronic trading system for interest rate swaps, Blackbird Holdings, in 1996, and grew the business into a global operation with offices in Asia, Europe, and the US. I raised $140 million in private equity, obtained regulatory approvals in multiple jurisdictions, and secured over 80 of the world\'s top investment banks as clients. I also have significant experience with government relations and international regulators, having testified before Congress and served as the Vice Chairman of the Virtual Currency Derivatives Committee of the Futures Industry Association of Japan. I am passionate about advancing the adoption and innovation of electronic trading and crypto currency derivatives, and I am a founding member of the International RegTech Association.
