I serve as the primary management responsibility for all Special Projects exceeding 1M, High Risk Projects, and all Government contracted projects. I manage a team of seasoned project managers who serve as specialists in the manufacturing of Electrical Control Panels, Electro-mechanical Assemblies, Hydraulic Power Units and Valve Manifold systems. I provide a direct, customer facing, single source of responsibility to all High Value Aerospace, DoD, USACE, as well as many other Electromechanical Hydraulic industry specific customers. I manage projects that require a dedicated Project Manager to ensure that the scope definition, scope control, change control and detailed communication expectations are upheld per contractual bindings. Responsible for assembling a team of Process Engineers, Hydraulic Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, and PLC programmers to support manufacturing projects with a methodical and standardized process flow system. Manage outside personnel and sub-suppliers per project scope, cost and timeline. Perform SWOT analysis, risk identification / mitigation, and stakeholder management Managed the overall project budget, Capital equipment spending, and labor recovery tracking for each project independently as well as for the remainder of the PMO.Hydraulic Power Systems
