Responsible for providing enhanced staff support to NAVSCOLEOD leadership and the Training Department, ensuring seamless coordination of tasks that align with all Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) requirements. Oversee and facilitate RRL processes, manage logistics planning and execution, and coordinate facility planning and progress, addressing and resolving issues as they arise. Maintain continuous communication and updates between NAVSCOLEOD and CEODD, ensuring alignment with training objectives. Collaborate with the Training Officer to ensure a clear understanding. This role involves providing enhanced support to the leadership of NAVSCOLEOD and the Training Department, ensuring smooth coordination of tasks that meet all Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) requirements. Responsibilities include overseeing and facilitating RRL processes, managing logistics planning and execution, and coordinating facility planning and progress while addressing and resolving any issues that arise. Maintaining continuous communication and updates between NAVSCOLEOD and CEODD is crucial to ensure alignment with training objectives. I think that collaboration with the Training Officer is essential to gain a clear understanding of and achieve shared goals. Additionally, working closely with the CEODD RRL Team helps accurately capture NAVSCOLEOD requirements within the RRL framework and its deliverables. This role also involves partnering with the CEODD EOD Rate Manager to align NAVSCOLEOD’s RRL efforts with operational training needs. Achievement of goals.
