Collaborate with partners across practice groups to manage client portfolios throughout the matter lifecycle, with a focus on large litigation.• Identify variances in rate, staffing, time overruns, and out-of-scope work to improve efficiency across matters.• Assist in preparing RFP responses and provide internal reporting to business service professionals in support of alternative fee arrangements.• Enable practice groups to effectively budget and price matters, monitor ongoing matters, establish client and internal reporting, and secure new business.• Support legal stakeholders through benchmarking, budgeting, organizing matter project plans, managing active matters, and reviewing completed matters to inform future budgeting and pricing efforts.• Conduct after-action reviews and analyses to enhance pricing strategies and client relationship management.
