About Shawn Bizzell

Formerly a Senior Operations Officer at U.S. Army Cyber Command, I led and managed the operational aspects of cyber operations, supporting the mission of defending the nation\'s cyberspace. With 23 years of experience in the Department of Defense and multi-national environments, I have developed strong skills in organizational leadership, operational planning, networking, and command. I hold a Master\'s degree in Cybersecurity and Leadership from the University of Washington, where I learned how to apply cybersecurity principles and practices to strategic and tactical challenges, as well as how to drive change and innovation in complex organizations. I am passionate about advancing the cyber readiness and resilience of the Department of Defense and its partners, and contributing to the security and prosperity of the nation. I have demonstrated my ability to lead, train, and mentor diverse teams, manage large-scale projects, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. I have also received multiple awards and recognitions for my outstanding performance and service.
