As CTO at EyeTally.ai, I architect and lead the development of production-grade Retail AI systems that deliver real-time shelf visibility and operational truth inside physical stores.My work focuses on Computer Vision, On-Shelf Availability (OSA), and inventory intelligence, building end-to-end platforms that operate reliably in complex retail environments where accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency matter.At EyeTally.ai, I lead and execute:• Shelf-level computer vision systems for void (out-of-stock) detection, aisle and category recognition, and misplaced product identification• OSA measurement frameworks derived from image and video data, replacing manual audits and labor-intensive out-scan workflows• Inventory signal pipelines that translate visual detections into actionable states such as low stock, full stock, anomalies, and mis-merchandising• Scalable training and annotation workflows, including synthetic data generation and strict label-rule enforcement• Edge-to-cloud AI architecture optimized for mobile and Zebra-class devices, balancing on-device inference with centralized analytics• Retail systems integrations aligning AI outputs with POS data, SKU catalogs, price books, and store-level reportingI operate across the full technical lifecycle — from data acquisition and model training to inference, QA, dashboards, and pilot deployments.
