Sets the MPS to drive MRP for all raw components. Determines capacity management for future manufacturing operation. Streamlining processes for sales and operations to maximize output efficiency as well as making use of extensive industry based knowledge and experience to achieve business goals. Controls mater data records in SAP and responsible for the creation of all new records. Oversees all Customer Service Operations to ensure that the customers are satisfied. Provide direction, lead and motivate the customer service team, developing loyalty programs, and creating customer satisfaction goals to accomplish company KPI\'s.
