I also led efforts to integrate medical device data into leading EMR systems such as EPIC, improving the flow of clinical data and supporting better patient outcomes.At Midmark, I am leading the effort and strategy to launch a customer eCommerce platform, aimed at streamlining processes and elevating customer interactions. Additionally, I have rolled out Salesforce for CRM, Oracle EBS for ERP, and established our Generative AI strategy, launching pilot projects to leverage AI for business optimization and innovation.Throughout my leadership, I’ve built and nurtured high-performance teams, fostering collaboration across departments to deliver technology-driven solutions that drive business value.
