Applied lead principles to evaluate all individual task currently performed by employees to determine which task are unnecessary and could be eliminated and which tasks are being performed at an inefficient level. • Managed key performance indicator, operational expenses and budgeting of the vessel in co-ordination with the Vessel Manager.• Carrying out ISM/ ISPS/MLC/Navigation internal audits on vessels to ensure implementation of procedures/ regulatory compliance.• Preparing vessels for 3rd Party inspections/Oil Major Vetting inspection. Providing guidance on correcting/ closing findings of these inspections.• Ensured and adhered compliance with all international rules and regulations. Treated Marine Environment as top priority
