Own end to end product strategy, execution, and financial performance for a portfolio of satellite module products including GNC and Propulsion. My functional scope spans all module products, cost structure, margins, delivery performance, organizational leadership, and independent go-to-market activities.Responsible for developing and executing product strategy in close collaboration with executive leadership, translating corporate objectives into actionable roadmaps that balance technical performance, schedule credibility, and profitability. Own portfolio-level P&L, development and operating budgets, forecasts, and cost-reduction initiatives, ensuring disciplined capital allocation and sustainable margins.Lead a multi-disciplinary organization of approximately 45 engineers, technicians, managers, and leaders. Accountable for organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and building a culture of accountability, clarity, and execution excellence.Oversee all phases of product execution from early concept through design, integration, test, delivery, and sustainment. Make high-level risk and trade decisions involving scope, resources, sequencing, and contract adjustments to protect enterprise outcomes.Lead go-to-market strategy for satellite modules as standalone products, separate from direct bid efforts with SDA and Lockheed Martin, including value proposition definition, pricing strategy, and executive-level customer engagement. Shape proposals, influence strategy, and expand existing and new business opportunities.Serve as primary interface to customers and stakeholders on matters of cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk. Represent the organization in senior-level reviews, negotiations, and strategic discussions. Ensure protection of proprietary technology and compliance with security and export requirements. Travel as required in support of programs, customers, and growth initiatives.
