I’m an operator-investor with 25+ years of experience building, scaling, and exiting asset-heavy businesses where operations are complex and execution matters more than theory.My background spans industrial real estate ownership and redevelopment, multi-site operating platforms, and founder-led businesses with full P&L responsibility. I’ve managed over 1 million square feet of industrial assets, led large facilities and teams, and partnered with municipalities, lenders, and institutional stakeholders on complex projects.Most recently, I co-founded and scaled one of the largest amateur sports platforms in the Midwest—growing it to six facilities, square feet, and $11M+ in revenue—before executing a successful sale to a national, venture-backed operator. In parallel, I’ve developed and operated industrial real estate and service businesses with a focus on disciplined capital management and long-term value creation.I do my best work in environments where assets are real, systems matter, and leadership is required to align people, capital, and execution. Today, I focus on senior operating and investment roles within real estate, platform businesses, or family office environments where complexity is real and results are earned.
