About Shavon Keys
I was named Vice President of Sales at USPS in May of 2021. Currently, I am responsible for our large account portfolio, as well as acquiring new customers to support the growth target in the 10-Year Delivering for America plan. I am overseeing customer acquisition, revenue growth and retention, and the improvement of the Postal Service’s market competitiveness and sales for commercial mailers.Prior to my current role, I served as the Great Lakes Area Sales Director where I was responsible for the leadership and development of district sales managers and 78 sales professionals. I also spearheaded efforts to update the Sales Management Process and established the Sales Leadership Summit that became the foundation for the Executive Sales Leadership Program.I now leverage my nearly three decades of experience to support marketing, customer experience, and operations management in my role as VP of Sales.
