Interact with Relationship Managers, Underwriters, and customers to ensure requests conform to SBA (Small Business Administration) program requirements. Provide monitoring activities for the existing SBA portfolio to identify and mitigate risks. Involved in all loan origination processes including eligibility, loan structure, document due diligence, loan closing, post-closing quality review and completing SBA Purchase Demand Kits. Evaluate loan documentation for compliance with SBA program eligibility and provide consultation and expert analysis to the Director, SBA & Government Lending Programs. b. Assist customers to obtain loans they would not otherwise be able to obtain without the assistance of the SBA guaranty enhancement. c. Complete data entry necessary to produce the SBA borrower and lender application packages and submit via E-Tran for approval. d. Work with Relationship Managers (RM), Commercial Administrators (CA) and/or customers directly to secure information necessary to obtain the SBA approval. e. Maintain the credit file in accordance with SBA procedures. Prepare PDK’s (Purchase Demand Kits) for submission to SBA. b. Prepare the Lender’s Transcript of Account. c. Coordinate with Special Assets Officer to prepare Care and Preservation of Collateral and Charge Off tabsa. Act as a backup to the Director, SBA & Government Lending Programs. b. Attend and participate in SBA training to maintain advanced knowledge of SBA regulations on all pending and proposed regulatory changes affecting compliance and SOP’s. c. Research checks, maturity notices, and other correspondence received from SBA.
