Other: Rebates and Vendor Allowances, Employee loans) • Facilitating Corporate’s inter-company confirmation process regarding inter-company cost reimbursements and loans.• Driving the Corporate rebate and allowance accounting process including the recording, reconciling and reporting of programs, working closely with various stakeholders (e.g. Corporate Procurement & Logistics team, Corporate Finance team, and Premium Brands’ subsidiary businesses)• Driving improvements and support growth in the rebate and allowance programs to meet stakeholder requirements• Fixed Assets Management: Monthly preparation of corporate head office fixed asset schedules, including tracking additions, disposals, and depreciation calculations.• Analyzing variances for fixed asset and depreciation and tracking new proiects and maintenance capital expenditure additions.• Contributing towards the annual budgeting process for fixed assets, depreciation, Corporate admin, affairs, working capital etc.• Contributing to long-term projects related to the consolidation process, accounting systems and finance functions.
