I am a Project Management Professional® (PMP®) and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) with extensive experience in IT program and project management, regulatory compliance, and interagency collaboration. Currently, I serve as an Interagency and Data Services IT Program Manager at the Department of Veterans Affairs. In this role, I manage cross-functional IT programs, oversee regulatory compliance frameworks, and lead efforts to align systems and solutions with federal laws, standards, and evolving operational needs.Previously, I supported Leidos AFNCR ITS (Air Force National Capital Region Information Technology Services) as a Senior IT Project Manager, where I successfully led high-impact IT initiatives and strategic projects. Prior to that, I was a Senior Project Manager at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), where I delivered complex security projects and implemented process improvements that enhanced operational efficiency.Before transitioning to public service, I worked at Bank of America as a Project Manager supporting the Strategy and Public Policy division. In this capacity, I managed end-to-end project delivery, contributed to shaping public policy positions, and oversaw a third-party vendor management program. My leadership in this role earned me the prestigious Platinum Award for operational excellence and commitment to company values. I also bring valuable private-sector experience from roles at Marriott International, an AV-rated law firm, and state and local government agencies, coupled with my service as a reservist in the United States Air Force.As a results-driven leader, I have a proven track record of optimizing processes, driving compliance, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams. My ability to integrate technical expertise with strategic planning ensures the successful delivery of mission-critical initiatives.
