Currently, I serve as a Development Associate of Events and Special Projects at SEO, where I manage a range of initiatives, from event coordination to strategic project execution. This role enhances my expertise in organizing and executing high-impact projects, allowing me to develop key skills in project management and strategic planning. Previously, as the Coordinator of the Grassroots Volunteer Program at Riverside Park Conservancy, I oversaw operations across 415 acres of parkland, managing inventories and addressing the needs of urban green spaces. This position refined my project management skills and deepened my commitment to creating inclusive and efficient work environments. My goal is to become a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), leveraging my diverse experience to drive successful project outcomes and contribute to innovative solutions in dynamic settings. My background in leadership roles, including mentoring at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), has equipped me with the ability to adapt quickly and effectively in various organizational contexts.
