Final-year law student at the National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi, with a growing specialization in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law, commercial disputes, and corporate litigation.My experience across law firms and litigation chambers has involved working on matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC), CIRP proceedings, NCLT practice, legal research, drafting, case analysis, and dispute strategy. Through these internships, I have assisted in research concerning creditor-debtor disputes, insolvency resolution processes, arbitration-related issues, and commercial litigation proceedings.Alongside practical exposure, I maintain a strong interest in legal research and policy-oriented analysis, particularly in the areas of insolvency law, restructuring frameworks, trade secrets, and commercial regulation.
