At IPE Global, my responsibilities include project management, business development including RFP and grant analysis, content development, cross-functional coordination, quality assurance, submission management, strategic alignment.Key contributions through projects:Currently, I am engaged in data mining and analysis efforts in a CIFF-supported initiative focused on preventing child marriage across eight high-burden states in India—Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal, using government datasets such as NFHS, UDISE+, and ASER, along with extensive secondary research, to identify state-specific drivers of child marriage. These insights are informing project strategies and being used to track progress through the calculation of reduction rates in child marriage incidence.Manzil Project (Funded by CIFF, Government of Rajasthan): Manzil is a 5-year project that aims to increase retention of girls in schools and ensure effective transition from school to further studies - Conducted state-level data mining and analysis, developed insightful case stories, and documented the project\'s impact on girls taking up non-traditional roles and overcoming mobility challenges. Captured inspiring video stories of girls across various regions of Rajasthan.Mission Shakti- funded by UNFPA (Odisha) is one of the flagship programmes of the Government of Odisha that aims to bridge gender, financial, digital, and social gaps by strengthening the Mission Shakti SHG network. Translated the modules on Digital and Financial Literacy, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), and Gender-Based Violence from English to Hindi, making the content more approachable for the participants.
