I’m a Management Consultant with over 5 years of experience, currently working in the COO’s Office at KPMG India. My journey has taken me from founding my own startup to leading firm-wide initiatives at KPMG India — giving me a unique blend of entrepreneurial agility and large-scale operational expertise.In my current role, I contribute to shaping and executing KPMG’s strategic direction. I work closely on firm-wide financial management, investment oversight, automation initiatives, policy formulation (travel, hotels, SOPs), and support the development of long-term strategic priorities. It’s a role that combines execution with vision — and I thrive in that balance.Prior to this, I worked extensively in Risk Advisory, delivering projects across Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Reengineering (BPR), SAP, Cybersecurity and Internal Audit. I’ve helped clients navigate complexity, optimize processes, and future-proof their businesses.I’m deeply passionate about solving real-world problems, building sustainable systems, and creating impact at scale.Outside of work, I’ve always believed that sport is one of life’s greatest teachers. Discipline, strategy, resilience — they all come from the court and apply directly to leadership and work.
