Responsible for developing and implementing strategic full cycle recruitment and staffing strategies for assigned clients. Partner with other HR Centers of Excellence to ensure that recruitment strategies are established and in line with business and staffing needs* Work in partnership with assigned clients to determine position requirements and align targeted sourcing efforts to the development of a qualified candidate pool with the right skill mix necessary for the position* Identify creative solutions for sourcing and screening and ensure that screening criteria is correct and effective * Assess viable candidates with the use of various prescreening methods and complete behavioral based interviews to provide meaningful feedback to the client to assist in the process of making a successful hire * Provide compensation recommendations to assigned clients based on institutional policy, market data and internal equity. Extend and negotiate formal offer, to include selling the department’s and MD Anderson’s attributes to close the deal * Build and maintain relationships and business partnerships with hiring managers, HR colleagues, external organizations, and candidates* Ensure accurate and current records in ATS throughout the recruitment process to include tracking of all activity
