To interested parties and all those looking to elevate business objectives,Using my previous professional experience, working in a major telecommunications company turning up circuits, and with my first experience after graduation being a telecommunication business analyst and field technician to coordinate and upgrade existing circuits, amplifiers and all components necessary to bring a government segment up to date to increase fiscal gain and competition. I have been performing as a Global Accounts management agent for a federal agency transitioning from Novell Networks to Windows. My daily tasks include, but are not limited to granting or terminating client accesses to Novell servers, as well as Windows Servers with high security clearance prior to doing so. Remotely assisting a very important and proprietary company with the highest security level assists with the employees learning their new structure and assisting with them utilizing their new security attributes to achieve the required results for their business objectives. Creating new account to file structure systems, and sending in specific and customized requests for hardware components/software, for new hires and current employees is a great pleasure for me. However, due to the position having little to no growth, I am seeking a more challenging experience that will encompass all of my unique, and seasoned skills that also include the extremely savvy and respectful communication with and for all end users/ or customers to gain loyalty and long term relationships professionally for my company.
