ABOUT SHAUN H. MALVIN

Experienced AV Preeminent® Rated attorney and mediator with a background in commercial transactions, business and real estate litigation, law firm operations, and client and vendor relationship management. As outside general counsel, I provide comprehensive legal services to clients across various industries, including real estate development and management firms, technology companies, casinos, banks, marketing agencies, professional services firms, logistics and transportation enterprises, retail businesses, and government entities. My extensive experience includes negotiating and drafting a wide range of agreements such as purchase and sale agreements, employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, settlement agreements, software licensing agreements, and commercial leases. I also have a solid track record in representing clients in pre-litigation disputes, mediation, arbitration, and complex litigation in state and federal courts. With a keen interest in the intersection of law and technology, I am certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).🧑‍ As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, I regularly serve in mediating civil disputes, including insurance coverage disputes.On a personal note, my wife and I are proud parents of two amazing young kids.
