I design creator education programs that help affiliate creators understand strategy and earn more. At Mavely by Later, I build the educational infrastructure that moves creators from signed up to actively earning. One of my most significant contributions has been developing the creator persona framework that defines how Mavely categorizes its entire creator base, now used across marketing, product, creator success, and campaign teams organization-wide. What I have built: Creator persona framework adopted across the entire organization to inform marketing, product, creator success, and campaign strategy Mavely University, a library of 50+ educational videos that serve as the platform\'s primary resource for teaching creators affiliate strategy, accessed by creators across the platform monthly All webinar curriculum and programming for creator education events, driving new creator sign-ups and converting creators each quarter Full workshop programming and curriculum for Mavely\'s inaugural creator conference and hosted the creator panel Creator activation framework piloted with three creators, all three hitting their best earning periods on the platform within months of implementation, including a creator with less than followers who doubled her sustained monthly sales and became a managed creator Before this role I spent three years as a Senior Creator Success Manager managing Mavely\'s top-earning creator, during which her annual GMV grew from $14.6M to $38.4M, a 163% increase. During my tenure managing her account she averaged $2.84M in monthly GMV. My direct experience managing top earners gives me visibility into what high-performing creators actually do differently. Every curriculum I build is grounded in what I watched top earners actually do.
