   In my current job role, I am responsible for overseeing the management, administration, and direction of several Micro Fulfillment sites, including inventory control, manifesting and shipping, assisting in stores, providing operational leadership to staff, and all pertinent operational procedures to provide centralized fulfilment services. I participate in and contribute to the development of overall business unit strategies and operational plans, including choosing the right moment to change current plans and coming up with operational policies to achieve departmental objectives. Some of my prominent achievements for this role are mentioned below: • Formed and employed production guidelines, service level agreements, and operating budgets for each area of accountability to enhance organizational efficiency. • Succeeded allocated budgets of spending and ensured all costs maintained within predetermined budgetary limits. • Successfully launched and operated five sites as well as developed training and SOPs for program.
