Design and development of high speed I/O Connectors for Datacenter and Specialty applications: •Lead new product development, debug, release and verification of product design to meet system requirements •Research new processes and technologies to integrate in next generation design •Present concepts and detailed requirements internally and to customers to obtain support for development of new products •Perform Tolerance Stack up Analysis and FEA analysis to anticipate and mitigate risks •Supply tooling group with 3D models and drawings for quoting and tool build of plastic and stamped components •Participate in Tool Design Reviews and support manufacturing debug process, both on site and overseas •Create DVP and submit product for qualification based on EIA and IPC standards and internal Signal Integrity testing •Co-ordinate with suppliers and Reliability lab to design and order printed circuit boards •Prepare and complete engineering change requests (ECRs) per document control procedures. •Participate and Contribute to MSA (Multi-Source Agreement) meetings with customers, suppliers and other contributors
