With over 24 years of experience in the aviation industry, I am a seasoned professional in sales, distribution, and strategic planning. I have a PGDTM in Tourism Management from IITTM, one of the premier institutes in the field. As the OTA Head at GO FIRST, I lead a dynamic and diverse team that drives business growth and revenue for the airline in North India, one of the largest and most competitive markets in the country. I manage a wide network of business associates from OTA\'s, TMCs, Corporates, and Retail Channel Partners, and negotiate and contract deals that benefit both the airline and the customers. I also oversee the load factor, yield, and market share performance of the airline in the region, and devise and implement sales strategies that align with the company\'s vision and goals. My mission is to deliver excellence in aviation sales and distribution, and to leverage my expertise and skills to create value for the airline and the industry. I am passionate about aviation and tourism, and I enjoy working with a dynamic and diverse team that shares the same vision and values. I am always eager to learn new things and to explore new opportunities that challenge me and help me grow as a professional.
