Now, as Program Director and lead trainer/facilitator, I have the incredible opportunity to work with people from around the world in all types of roles, from front line workers to senior management in global organizations. As a personality enthusiast since 1994, I\'m grateful to be able share this passion with so many people, whether it be in one-on-one coaching sessions, team and group workshops, or through the certification programs we run to certify coaches and facilitators.
