I’ve always been drawn to work that is people-centered and purpose-driven. With a background in teaching and years in hospitality, I’ve built my career around connecting with people, understanding their needs, and helping solve real problems.As a former teacher, I understand firsthand the challenges educators face every day—especially when supporting multilingual learners. My time in restaurants also taught me how to listen carefully, think on my feet, and build trust quickly with a wide range of people.Now at Ellevation Education, I work with district leaders and educators to support multilingual learners through a platform designed specifically for EL program management. My goal is to help districts streamline processes, stay compliant, and most importantly, give educators more time to focus on what matters most: supporting students.I love collaborating with educators and leaders who are passionate about equity, language development, and creating systems that truly support their communities.
