ABOUT SHAUNA CAFFREY
Diagnostic Radiography graduate from the University of Hertfordshire. Previously, I held the position of Band 7 Practice Development Lead Radiographer at Glenfield Hospital, Leicester. In 2025, I made the decision to transition into the medical device industry with Meril Life Sciences, specialising in TAVI. I am eager to apply my previous clinical experience and expertise in industry. I am committed to upskilling cardiology AHPs, promoting leadership skills, supporting positive change, and encouraging solution-based approaches that foster a more empowered team and safer working environments. I have a passion for innovation and making healthcare accessible to all, an ethos that aligns with Meril’s.
