Graduated with an MSc in Analytics at Georgia Tech. Coursework includes: Statistics, Database Design, Optimization, Machine Learning, Statistical Modelling, Data Visualization, Linear Regression, Time Series Analysis, and Simulation. Previously, Shauna was employed at Sagepath, Inc. as a Senior Business Analyst where she managed unique accounts to implement technical solutions for a variety of client digital needs. At Sagepath, she gained experience in consumer analytics, website design, digital marketing, and client relationship management. She was awarded Sagepath\'s Employee of the Month in December 2017. Shauna performed as a senior consultant in Capgemini’s High Technology Entertainment & Communications business unit based out of Atlanta, GA. Within Capgemini, Shauna spent almost three years staffed at two separate telecom accounts. In the first account, she managed a team of 16 (9 offshore and 7 onshore) to successfully deploy monthly code releases into the client\'s customer facing web sites. She participated in Design, Test, and Implementation phases of the SDLC, performing as a valuable bridge between development and business project teams. Understanding the intricacies of web architecture has become a strength, requiring an ability to grasp complex technical ideas quickly. Working to meet narrow deadlines, Shauna exhibits the following skills: rapid problem solving, project management, team management, agile and waterfall methodology, reporting to leadership/VPs, assessing risk to user, estimating budget to ensure appropriate resource allocation, and onsite client relationships. Each release consists of OBIEE and ETL logic changes, impacting reporting dashboards to drive leadership decisions. Investigating large databases via SQL, ETL logic, and OBIEE applications to design a solution to fix a business problem.
