ABOUT SHAUNA ANGELETTA

I get called in when things are complicated, moving fast, or going wrong.Over 15 years I\'ve built a track record of being parachuted into high-complexity situations: absorbing institutional knowledge quickly, cutting through the noise, and driving commercial and operational outcomes. I\'ve done this across Insurtech, Fintech, and nationwide NHS digital health programmes.I operate across the full strategic-to-operational spectrum. At the strategic end: M&A due diligence, governance design, reporting, and planning. At the operational end: vendor rationalisation, technology transformation, claims redesign, and information security. Most of the time I\'m doing both simultaneously.I\'ve spent the last four years at Superscript reporting to the CEO and COO, leading four business verticals, serving as Information Security Officer, and shaping £500k of operational budget. Before that, Kooth PLC where I helped operationalise one of the largest digital mental health platforms in the UK, supporting nationwide NHS contracts.I become the knowledge backbone of every organisation I work in. Senior leaders bring me in when the stakes are high and the path forward is unclear.
