Head of Technology Service is a member of the Technology Leadership team to ensure the strategic objectives of the Technology function are delivered in a collaborative way. Accountable for the governance and assurance of all technology support and service delivery to the business, leading the Technology Commercial and Technology Service Assurance teams, as well as having direct accountability for all service delivery from all partners, and the operational service delivery resource from the core service aggregation provider.
